I've been using Sandbeck vets for over 5 years now for my own dogs and had nothing but exceptional service, from dealing with reception staff to the vets themselves. I have recently had to take a friends dog who I was looking after out of the area who had had surgery elsewhere. There were some issues with his wound and I knew the guys here would look after the dog no problem. Myself and the dogs owner would like to say a massive thank you in particular to Helen & Ed for taking extra care of Timo with guiding us through his wound care. We have been with Sandbeck Veterinary Centre for over 5 years now. It's always very easy to book an appointment and even in an emergency situation, we always get the care we need for our dogs. Everyone is always very polite, attentive and patient and we feel very well looked after. Moreover, we feel that our concerns, if we have any, are always listened to. Sandbeck Veterinary Centre is a warm and welcoming surgery to walk into with lovely front of house staff who are eager to meet your pet and help as quickly as possible. Freya was diagnosed without any discomfort and a planned surgery took place several days after diagnosis. Having been given an estimated cost of surgery was very helpful and when it came to going through our pets insurers the lovely front of house staff handled the claim for us saving us from the stress of form filling. The operation was done very professionally with as little stress to Freya s possible with follow up calls and after care service which went beyond my expectations. Yes, it's an hour & a half journey to get to for me............but, that's nothing compared to the relief of actually trusting a vet at last. Cannot recommend enough.
